Description
The Allen-Bradley 1745-LP101 belongs to the SLC 100 programmable controller series. It has the latest features that meet all the demands of the industry computations. It is packed with a variety of features such as relays, timers, shift registers, and counters. The simple ladder diagram format and the programming codes are easy to use. The1745-LP101 works for applications such as material handling, machine tools, and assembly machines. The 1745-LP101 processor unit has a built-in auto/manual switch which aids the restarting of the processor after a power loss or a CPU fault. There is a dedicated port for connecting an expansion unit with the ability to increase the I/O capacity to the 1745-LP101. Make sure you are following the enclosure spacing within the modules because this helps to control the temperature when one or more controllers are deployed. This processor works on 85-132V AC at 50-60 Hz. The 1745-LP101 comes with an electrical disconnect that protects the device from power surges. The 16 I/O circuits include 10 inputs and 6 outputs that are isolated from each other. The inbuilt master relay circuit is there to isolate the I/O contacts from abrupt power surges. The nominal input current for the 1745-LP101 ranges from 2-8mA at 12V at inputs 1 and 2, and 10-6mA for inputs 3-10. The 1745-LP101 has an ambient temperature range of 0-60 degrees Celsius.
