Description
The 1745-E156 SLC 150 expansion I/O module by Allen-Bradley is an electronic device used with an SLC 150 processor module to increase the number of I/O modules to 112 points. It has twenty optically-isolated 10-30V DC current sourcing inputs, 12 hard contacts, and transistor base outputs. It has an input ON STATE voltage range of 10-30V DC, and a maximum OFF state voltage of 4V at a 1mA leakage current. It has a nominal input current of 4mA at 12V DC and 8mA at 24V DC and has an input filter delay time (ON to OFF) ranging between 4 and 8ms. It is built with an electrical-optical isolation of 1500V DC tested between the input voltage and control logic. The 1745-E156 has a transistor-based output voltage range of 10-50V DC, with a continuous output per circuit current of 1A at 30 degrees Celsius, which begins to de-rate uniformly at 60 degrees Celsius to 0.5A. Its transistor output has an inrush current of 3A for 20ms repeatable every 1s at 30 degrees C and has a maximum current load of 1.0mA and a leakage of 0.1mA. The 1745-E156 has 12 hard contact relay outputs with a contactor rating of 10-125V DC and a current of 2.5A and 28VA apparent power. It contactor output has a resistance rating of 20 milliOhms and uses a Bussman 3A, 250V AC slow blow fuse. The 1745-E156 has an operational temperature range of 0-60 0C at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity.
